Cemento Inka expects to start Pisco construction in August20 June 2019, Published under Cement NewsPeru-based Cemento Inka plans to start the civil works for its new 0.7Mta grinding plant in Pisco in August. The US$20m project is expected to take 12 months to complete with commissioning due in the 2H20, according to the company’s Director and Marketing Manager, Carlos Alberto Choy. Output from the plant will be sold in the markets of Ayacucho and Apurímac. The company is reportedly also in talks with quarry owners in southern Peru to supply them with limestone.
